Rules

• Players take turns placing disks on the board.
• Flank and flip opponent disks in any direction.
• The board is divided into 9 districts (each 9 tiles), randomized at the start.
• Each district is awarded to the player with majority control in it.
• The player with the most districts at game end wins.
• Redistricting:
  • Instead of playing, a player may Redistrict once per game.
  • This reshuffles district boundaries while keeping all current disks in place.
  • Costs the player their turn.
• Lobbying:
  • Instead of playing, a player may Lobby once per game.
  • The player selects any opponent disk to flip in their favor.
  • In return, two of their own disks are removed at random from the board.
  • Costs the player their turn.
  • Can only be used if the player has at least 3 tokens on the board.

Commentary
